They come from a large pool of talent that is pre-qualified, screened and certified using a process-driven approach. By organizing the availability of consultants, ConsultGenie creates a growing market space where providers find a vast choice of businesses to work with, and deliver quality work with remuneration that is market-led. All this is done using a layer of technology to make the process of matching the buyer's requirements with the providers capabilities swift, cost-effective, reliable and accurate.

Jawahar Bekay : Advisor

Jawahar Bekay is the Chief Operating Officer at Microland, responsible for the global operations of the Infrastructure Management major's businesses. Prior to Microland, Bekay was with Collabera Inc a $300 million US IT Services firm as their Chief Strategy Officer and CEO of their Indian entity. A Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Bangalore Chapter, he co-chairs the International Committee for the chapter. In the past, he has been a member of various industry bodies as well. A management post graduate from the SP Jain Institute of Management in Mumbai he happens to be an ace golfer and a marathon runner, to boot.

Anand Sudarshan : Advisor

Anand Sudarshan is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Manipal Education, a leading player in education and healthcare in India. Prior to his current position, he was President, Adea International and was responsible for all global businesses outside of the US. In 2004, he was instrumental in turning Netkraft Pte Ltd around and leading it to profitability in the very first year with him as CEO. A highly sought after industry speaker, he is also a contributing author at leading trade publications and has been named as one of the top ten stars in the Indian IT industry by Dataquest. He is one of the distinguished alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

M. Chandrasekharan : Advisor

M Chandrasekaran is a Director at the Manipal Education and Medical Group, and 3i Infotech, an ICICI Group company. Shekar, as he prefers to be known, has been a mentor to start-ups in the Venture Capital field and Software. He was a Founder Director of Aztec Software and Technical Services Ltd., a publicly listed company involved in providing services to the Data Mining market. He also served as full-time advisor to Microland Ltd, the IT Infra Services major. A professional with strong links with academia, Shekar was one of the prime movers of the PGSM program for working IT professionals at IIM, Bangalore while serving as a guest faculty at the institute. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

H Narayana Swamy : Advisor

Popularly known as Swamy, he has over 29 years of varied experience both in India and overseas with diverse industries - from a stint in one of the Big Four, followed by an International Bank, Hospitality and IT/ITES industries. Swamy is currently a Strategic Corporate Advisor and an Independent Consultant to a set of SMEs. Until July 2008, Swamy was Senior Vice President – Finance and Operations, India, at Collabera, a New Jersey headquartered IT Solutions and Services Company. Swamy was earlier the COO & CFO of Adea International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adea Solutions, Inc; a Dallas, TX (US) headquartered IT Solutions & Services Company. Prior to that, he was the VP Finance at ICICI OneSource Ltd (now called Firstsource), the BPO arm of ICICI group. Between 1998 and 2001, Swamy was CFO at Planetasia.com Limited, a Microland Group Company. His earlier experience includes stints at Sterling Resorts, Xerox Corporation, Emirates Bank International and KPMG (all in the Middle East). As part of the crack team set up by Emirates Bank International in conjunction with the Government of Dubai, Swamy was instrumental in unearthing a multi-million dollar fraud and tracing the siphoned off funds through use of forensic accounting techniques. Swamy has built and managed teams, developed financial processes and provided functional leadership in diverse areas such as financial and business strategy, risk management, financial analysis and reporting, compliance, asset management and business integration. Swamy's achievements in the recent past have been raising several rounds of equity, capital restructuring, M&A deals and integrating acquired entities. He is well networked with Investment Bankers and Funds - both Private Equity and Venture Capital. Some of the deals that he has helped close have been trend-setting deals in the respective industries. Swamy has been active in select professional bodies that include NASSCOM, CII & TiE. He has been a featured speaker/panelist in professional forums, and is widely respected in the financial industry circles for his views. Swamy is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce graduate from University of Bombay.
