Description:
As a Delivery Lead for Application Manangement you will be responsible for the Service Delivery from the Servers & Storage area. The Delivery Manager will ensure operations and upkeep of the Servers & Storage area infrastructure

Client responsibilities

Will lead and develop the Servers & Storage  team ensuring that the highest quality service is offered

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

Should be willing to travel to client sites.

People responsibilities

Should have good people management skills with ability to lead and motivate the team

Will be responsible to lead and develop the application support team ensuring that the highest quality service is offered

Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
